Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING RATES:
We currently ship within Canada using Canada Post. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment. This means most orders arrive within 3–10 business days total. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We now also ship to the United States using Canada Post. U.S. orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–10 business days after shipment. Most U.S. orders arrive within 6–13 business days total. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please note: U.S. customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products (including downloads and guides) will be available immediately after purchase via a secure download link on the confirmation page and via email.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@get2mindset.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
