I wasn’t always someone who practiced gratitude. In fact, it started during one of the hardest seasons of my life - divorce, grief, emotional exhaustion. And it wasn’t about listing what I was thankful for. It was about finding one small shift that helped me breathe again.

That shift? Changing “I have to” into “I Get2.”

Over the last 20 years, I’ve refined that reset into a simple, powerful method.
Now I help others use gratitude - not as a mindset trick, but as a tool for grounded living. For showing up in the mess. For choosing energy on purpose.
